Our friends at the Center for the Study of New Testament Manuscripts (CSNTM) have recently released a new online interface for their Digital Manuscript Collection! For those unfamiliar, the CSNTM uses the most recent technology to produce high-resolution, full-color images of Greek New Testament manuscripts. While the existing platform was already an invaluable resource, the CSNTM has now rebuilt a new interface from the ground up that expands hosting capabilities and user functionality. According to the CSNTM, these new features include:
- The ability to bookmark manuscripts
- An interactive view that allows you to view selected manuscripts while scrolling search results
- Easy access to available image sets (microfilm, low-res, high-res, and MSI)
In addition to these new features, the CSNTM will also be adding additional resources, including:
- Manuscripts in other languages
- Rare printed editions of the New Testament
- Previously unpublished scholarly works
- Ancient non-canonical resources
